About
Pure Homes
Pure Homes is a leading home builder in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas, specializing in crafting bespoke residential properties that truly embody the lifestyle and preferences of our clients.

Our mission is to exceed expectations by delivering exceptional steel built homes that fulfill our clients' dreams
by building your forever home.
Home construction hasn’t exactly kept up with the times.
At Pure Homes, we wanted to build something better—literally.
We frame our homes with steel, not wood. Why? Because steel is stronger, straighter, safer, and let’s be real—cooler. It doesn’t warp, rot, or invite termites to the party. It's fire-resistant, mold-resistant, and built to last generations, not just decades. Oh, and it’s more sustainable too.
But we didn’t stop there. Every Pure Home comes packed with modern floor plans, smarter layouts, smart home features, and upgrades that are actually standard—because your dream home shouldn’t come with a long list of upcharges.
We’re not just building homes. We’re building the future—one sleek steel frame at a time.

From Our Team
Welcome to the Future of Homebuilding
At Pure Homes, we may be a new name in Fort Wayne, but we’re built on decades of experience and deep local roots.
Founder Mo Ghaffar has spent his entire life in construction. Over 26 years ago, he started Pure Construction—a small business that’s grown into a leading general contractor for commercial, industrial, and multifamily projects across the region.
Joining him is Scott Federoff, a second-generation Fort Wayne attorney who has specialized in real estate and development law for nearly 30 years. Together, they bring unmatched expertise to every home we build.
What sets Pure Homes apart? We’re using a revolutionary steel-framing technology—the only one of its kind in the world—located right here in northeast Indiana. These homes are lighter, stronger, more precise, and built to last.
We’re proud to bring this cutting-edge approach to homebuilding to the families of Fort Wayne.
